Aleksandra Setcka is the founder of Bryant Park PT, a boutique facility that offers a full range of services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions and those looking to recover from surgery or traumatic injuries. With over a decade of experience, Aleksandra creates individualized treatment plans that combine manual therapy and Pilates based exercises (including Pilates Reformer).
Aleksandra’s expertise helps patients address some of the biggest issues faced before, during, and after pregnancy, such as lower back pain, muscle / core strength, flexibility, etc. Her carefully crafted programs help alleviate the discomfort, prepare the body for the upcoming changes and smooth out the recovery process.

Aleksandra holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Collegium Medicum in Poland and has completed several postgraduate courses at St Augustine University in New York. She received advanced certificates in Pilates and Pilates Reformer techniques at STOTT Rehab Program.
